I ordered a set of 6 cups. Definitely smaller than I was expecting even after reading reviews, but I think my 6yo and I can work around that. The metal pieces come off the cups for cleaning. When the metal is on, it acts as a barrier between the hot cup and your hand. Pleasantly surprised that it doesn't look as cheap as I thought it would.

Awesome and just what you need for company. Hey, it's not top of the line, but it superficially looks really high quality. That's all I want for my friends. If your friends start to turn over the cups and look for labels or maker's marks, you need to get new friends.
