I weigh 170 lbs, my bra size 36 b, and I'm 5'5' tall. I ordered a SMALL. After looking at reviews I knew I wanted it to be tight so small seemed like the best option. I usually wear medium-large clothes. Size 8 (borderline 10 rn) in dresses.
I have thick thighs and smallish chest. I would have had it altered because of the length. It was really hard for me dance in so I had to hold it. You always have to hold it when you walk.
If you have a bigger stomach, it will show the imperfections so I was sucking it in a lot. The only other thing was the slit in front, it was wider because I have thick thighs. I still loved it though.
This size was perfect to zip up, it would have been hard to zip up if I had bigger boobs.
Overall if your body is similar in size to me I would get a small for sure.
