I thought this add was for emulsions (as pictured on product page)...turns out, some of them are extracts. I hate extracts and wouldn't have purchased if that's what I thought that's what they were. I thought seller was offering emulsion flavors no one else was making it extra enticing...I was wrong :( I leave this review as a warning to anyone who might think the same. As far as emulsions go, I would give them 4 stars...the extracts, 0 stars (I hate the alcohol taste/after taste).

love these flavors, adds great taste to my whipped cremes, puddings, coconut butters, protein shakes etc. So happy that I found this product!

These emulsions are outstanding. They add something to your baking that I can't really explain. It's a depth without adding extra or unusual flavors. The Buttery Vanilla goes in everything I bake. Period. I also really like the Sweet Dough but it has a slight hint of citrus that I don't care for in chocolate (yes, I'm one of those people who doesn't like fruit ruining perfectly wonderful chocolate) so I only use that in vanilla or citrus flavored products. The lemon does not give a really lemony flavor. It's more of a depth of lemon. Really hard to explain but I definitely add it to lemon cakes and breads. I haven't used the cinnamon spice yet but plan to put it in pumpkin pie, spice cake, and cinnamon rolls.

These emulsions add a professional feel to homemade baked goods. They just take you to the next level. I highly recommend them. I gave some to my daughter in law and she loves them too. She used the Buttery Vanilla in my grandson's birthday cake. He announced that she needed to bake all his birthday cakes because hers are better than the store ones. This from a five-year-old.
