Only complaint is the pump. It keeps dripping a couple drops after each pump. I place it right over the sink, so the soap didn't make a less on the floor. Just because I see most pumps do the same thing. I got to say, it fell right after I place it with just the sticker on the back, and it did not broke,or chipped or anything. So this is very resistant. I used screws the second time, and have not had any problems, other than the dripping.

I purchased this one but got the ClearVu brand instead. It's the same except that there's no "Genuine Joe" logo. This is a generic model that a bunch of other companies slap their name on it. Just get it from the seller that sells it at a lower price. To me they're all the same. I've bought a bunch of ClearVu branded ones and haven't had any issues using liquid soap or hand sanitizer. I've never used the sticky pads since they're unreliable. I installed it with screws which should hold up fine.
