This is not bad. I thought I would try because of reviews... it is just not as strong. I tried another brand that just arrived Appenino Italian truffle salt 3.5 oz... so yummy I'm unlikely to keep what I have left of this truffle salt.
But, this just didn't meet my expectations but in no way was thus bad, rancid... just not strong enough. But if you want mild, subtle, this could perfect for you

So very very tasty!!! I have almost gone through a whole pound bag JUST MAKING HOMEMADE POPCORN!!! I make the popcorn on the stove, I then spray with Truffle flavored olive oil spray and then sprinkle some truffle salt on it. My family cannot get enough of this popcorn. The flavor is so very good, not overwhelming but subtle and super awesome. I always have to make extra popcorn for guests to take home when they come over and start eating this. I am going to stop sharing this with my guests because it is so exhausting to keep making it, LOL, not really. I also make homemade French fries with the truffle spray and truffle salt, wowza........you will love it!!!

Yum. I have to hold myself back from putting this on everything. Actual truffles taste like dirt to me. They could use some of this salt on them.
I like this and recommend you saute your frozen fries in a half inch of coconut oil in a big fry pan or however you deep fry. Then salt it with this! Heaven....sigh.

Great tasting salt. I have used this salt in many dishes and it gives simple cream dishes a rich depth. This is really, really flavorful and certainly far more economical than using black truffle oil (or real black truffles! -prohibitively expensive for me).

This is a good truffle salt. I have had others where the truffle is stronger, which I prefer. I tried this for the price and quantity after having a similar priced product but about 1/3 the quantity. I am new to truffle salt so I am finding my way. If you like a hint of truffle then this is for you. If you want a strong truffle flavor spend the same amount of money on a smaller amount of salt. The other product I bought I could smell it when I picked up the package on my porch, this one no.
