Works, but a little pricey
Ryan A.•July 20, 2017
They are great for those tight and hard to reach spots. I would give 5 stars, but they are a little pricey and for that price, I wish they were a little beefier. They aren't much more sturdy than the generic white tips that are included some brands of 20oz caulk (i.e. Hilti). I think they will break or crack the first time it falls and lands on the tip. We shall see. I use mine in a 20oz sausage gun, just take a regular white tip that I mentioned and cut the tip completely off all the way at the bottom where it starts to taper out and slide it over the angled tip to use it kind of like a washer to fit in the ring of your 20oz gun. Works perfectly.
When you need one of these, you need it ...

When you need one of these, you need it. Really helps getting into tight spots you otherwise couldn't. I do a lot of caulking and these can be a real time saver.
Five Stars

love these
The only part I don't like .. has a fix.

This new nozzle will slide on the stock nozzle then fit them together onboard a caulk gun.
Even if the stock nozzle OD is slightly smaller than ID of the new nozzle, I'd not expect nozzle junction leak as long as the stock nozzle has a smooth-flat shoulder backing up the flange of this nozzle.
Due to the cartridge diameter is greater than this nozzle, the force from caulk gun is always greater than the hydro force working against us, separating the two nozzles, and consequently junction leak is not an issue.
However if we let air pockets trap in any of the two nozzle, the trapped air will remember the hydraulics pressure will try to expand as we release the trigger, Parting those nozzles to a minor leaks. This nozzle matching perfectly (friction fit to) stock nozzle diameter of 15.7mm, a diameter found in most Loctite 10oz. cartridge.
The only part I don't like but cannot avoid is a significant amount of sealant will be left behind in the new nozzle wasted, I might have problem removing it when cured.
Nice product, can't complete tight spot caulking without it.
Update : preparation to remove cured resin in the new nozzle. Right after caulking and before it cures, jam mix some length of braided cord (not mono filament fish line) into the nozzle from behind with the help of a nylon cord, leaving a tail end to pull cures resin out later. It was a successful attempt. See also photo.
