Works very well.

The components need to be soldered together or crimped. All you use is the car specific wiring harness and the maestro, and other single connection wires. There is a generic wiring harness that comes with the maestro, that can be discarded. Wire colors should match. Worked exactly as described in maintaining steering wheel controls.

not happy.bad customer service
Not so plug and play

Purchased to fit Pioneer AVIC 7200 Nex with 2014 challenger. Took 2 weeks and 2 special written programs written by Maestero engineers to get right. However Maestero customer service agents we're great. Does not display FM or station in the EVIC, leaves a 0.
Worked very well in my Wrangler JKU

Easily programmed from my PC and it made installing a navigation unit in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU an absolute breeze. I would definitely go this route again.
