There should be grooves to hold the logo paper because if one side is in the other side pops out. it is very frustrating. Also I want to know.. should both columns of lights come on? I ask because only one side comes on. Please advise Amazon as I am frustrated and ready to send this item back.

This would be nice except the on/off/auto button doesn't work. We literally cannot turn it off. No matter where we slide the switch it remains only on auto. We cannot turn it on (to stay on and not auto shut off) or off. So it turns on every time we walk by even when we want it shut off. Also the "cover" is super flimsy and keeps falling off. It does look really neat and my husband loved it as soon as he saw it but it really doesn't work as it should. It's just propped up on his desk right now because we aren't bothering to hang it up since it doesn't work right. And I bought it early as a gift and stashed it away until it was time to give it to him so now it's too late to return it.
