I use it make my diy toothpaste. The result is good. I will recommend it.

You can use this for so many different things. I used it as a face mask and added 1 part clay to 1 part ACV. I added a tiny but of water to help with the consistency. It takes a while to dry completely but it's working so hard to pull impurities out of your pores, you can feel the power. It pulls your face pretty hard. I feel like there will be decent results for this purpose. It's powerful stuff. I allowed the mixture to sit for about 15 mins, until it turned into a mouse consistency and spread a layer all over my face. I'm currently waiting to rinse it off. I plan on using this around 3x a week. It isn't painful for me and the ACV is giving it a tingling sensation. I do not have sensitive skin. I would imagine someone with sensitive skin might have some issues using the ACV. I've heard you could mix just water with the clay but the ACV has so many benefits for the skin, I thought I'd try I and I'm glad I did. I will repurchase n the future.

I just came back to update this. I just rinsed it all off my face and I can see a noticeable difference in the size of my pores and the softness of the skin on my face is also noticeable. This stuff will be a regular item I use now. I really like the way my skin feels. This stuff is amazing.

I had been having troubles with my hair and skin for cpl yrs now went to several different drs including a specialist, dermatologist. No one could figure out anything! The back of my hair would knot all up and was almost impossible when washed it to get it to untangle and de-knotted. After 2 uses (I recommend using it with apple cider vinegar as I've not had luck just using water seems not to dissolve as well n can't get smooth consistency like the AC) so anyway after only 2 hair masks I finally can comb thru my hair like I use to when washing it w/o any knots! This stuff actually works!! Highly recommend!!
