I have been using Kinesiology tape in my practice for the past 8 years. I have used many types and really love TheraBand. The stretch indicator helps make sure the tape isn't getting over/under stretched and my patients really love the design. (I call red/black Spiderman and black/grey Venom). The product lasts well, approximately 3-5 days, which is really good considering I live in the desert where people sweat profusely.

This is perfect for my skin tone. Easily cut to size. It doesn't take away all the pain but it provides amazing support for my knees and I can wear it in the pool. It's also perfect under clothes. Nobody knows it's there except me. This is the best brand out there. It does NOT have its brand in great big letters on it so you are a walking advertisement attracting attention to ailments that perhaps you'd rather have the choice of whether to announce or not. Glad I bought a large supply. I precut them sometimes and put them in various bags in case I need some when I'm out and about.
