The light is bright and nice for night hunts

This was one my daughter only request for Christmas and it was a huge hit. She has used it almost everyday to catch frogs, lizards, and bugs. She loves being able to look at them and draw them then let them go home. The light is bright and nice for night hunts.

I used this to hold my ladybugs, every now and then a few manage to escape, still not entirely sure how. For that reason I give this product a 3/5. Other than that it works greatn

The green lid doesn't fasten correctly. When your child tips it over whatever is inside is gonna get out. The magnifying glass doesn't work. Tiny area

This is a lot of fun for my little bug enthusiasts. It's a great size and breathable. They love toting it around looking for bugs, and I love that they are putting the bugs in here instead of in my house!
The light hasn't been too useful but it's a nice feature

This is exactly what we were looking for for our 3 year old. She's obsessed with bugs and frogs. The light hasn't been too useful but it's a nice feature. I knocked off 1 star since there is no clasp or locking mechanism for the box. A few times she's dropped it and lizards and frogs have flown out. Other than that, awesome.
