I love this massage tool. I use it on my face to help with "slimming". It feels fantastic! I get really relaxed after using this. Also, my skin will be just glowing! This review is for the Acupress Natural GuaSha Scraping Massage Tools for Graston SPA Acupuncture Therapy Trigger Point Treatment in Cavel Shape (powder crystal). My son has been doing a lot of research on the benefits and use of scraping massaging tools. He had really been wanting to get some. He works out nearly every day and as a result ends up often with stiff muscles and tight knots. I also suffer from lupus, fibromyalgia and osteo arthitis so I often have a lot of issues with muscle aches, pains, tightness and deep muscle knots myself. This particular one is the Cavel Shape. It reminds me sort of a shark tooth shape. It feels very smooth when you run your fingers and hands across it. It's very important to use these tools correctly and we are doing a lot of research. Years ago my physical therapist used these types of tools in my therapy and they helped a lot. It's so nice now that it's available to purchase them now for home use. We have used it minimally so far as we research the right and proper way to most benefit from it. I know from my experience in the past that they really helped me to feel a lot of relief.
