I installed it on a 2011 Tacoma's DDL after I replaced the factory bulb with LED. Completely ruined the DDL system. Now my DDL doesn't work and non of the fuses are blown. Basically it's turned into a big headache and Amazon won't allow returns on this item so I would strongly suggest not buying this product unless you're willing to take the chance.
Didnt work for me, Still flashing way to fast.
Jeff RJanuary 6, 2018
Installed these in my Jeep after replacing lights with new LED turn signal and side markers. Slowed turn signals down, but not at the same speed the original incandescent bulbs flashed at (Still way to fast). Once installed turn signals didn't work when the headlights were turned on. Downloaded the wiring diagram to check for previous owner modifications, but doesn't appear to be any changes to the light wiring.
Eliminates bulb out warning, but gets really hot
982500hDecember 24, 2017
A single resistor on one of my new led taillights eliminated the car's warning indicator that a light was out. However, the warning that it gets hot needs to be observed. It gets very hot and you need to be careful no loose material (even the resistors wires themselves) come in contact with the metal resistor. I downgraded it one star since this heat could cause a problem and I really wish it was better insulated for protection.
Good quality, long leads and rated value consistent

Accurate resistance and more importantly, all were equal in measure which is important lf your vehicle (mine 02' Land Rover) BCM controls turn signals as many systems use resistance value of left and right circuits and compare them. If not within small margin of equal, one side will hyper flash..... thus, bulb brand and wattage should mirror opposite side of car And resistors obviously also must be adequate AND have like resistance.

Didn't know if this is what I needed to get my led brake light to have my cruise control work again. I know that sounds dumb but when I installed led brake lights my cruise control stopped working adding these to the brake wiring in my car worked great now I have cruise control back. They do get warm but I've never had them very hot I did mount them to metal, and had them where they don't touch anything just in case
