This pool handrail was a bit larger than I expected, but it worked out nicely. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because the box was opened & no instructions were included. Good thing that the manufacturer wrapped the screws onto the rail! My husband did use a hammer drill as suggested by the comments from previous buyers. YouTube was a big help in giving the instructions needed to install the rail.

Great classy handrail. Don't know why we waited so long. Surprised and happy that mounting hardware was included. You do need a instruction sheet for the not-so-handy first time installer. Nothing fancy but what size masonry drill bits are optimal or a link to a Youtube install video.
My wife could not be happier. AND it is a deck or surface mount. No need to drain half the pool and drill into the plaster only to create a leak after the hardware rusts from being submerged. I have recommended it to friends who are getting work done on their pools. Good product, fast delivery.

Great pool hand rail makes pool look even better and easy to mount but beware of the packaging mine came damaged and the screws to mount were in a plastic little bag hanging out of the box other than that we love this pool hand rail.
I think the hand rail is very nice. It would be even nicer if ICOULD GET ...

I think the hand rail is very nice. It would be even nicer if ICOULD GET SOMEONE TO PUT IT IN! i HAVE CALLED 2 POOL COMPANIES AND THEY WON'T TOUCH IT! Saying that liability issues come into play.
Need to get someone that knows what he is doing. If not I will have to send it back! It has been a month that i bought it. Finally, someone put it in for me. Would have appreciated the right screws. sent wood screws not concrete.

Great length for purpose. only thing plastic nuts wasn't happy to see those plastic doesn't last in arizona
