The great thing about this dried fruit is no allergens added. This is just fruit and only fruit.
Small portions work for me, so no glucose reactions. Example, I can only eat about 6 fresh strawberries or 16 fresh raspberries every 4 or 5 days without setting off a glucose reaction. With dried fruit, the glucose is concentrated, so I eat very few (as in just 1 or 1.5 dried strawberries). They're sliced into 5-6 pieces, so it seems like more. I combine all 3 in one treat-- can eat more of the dried blueberries. Small applesauce cups make perfect bowls.

Very tart but yummy in my tummy! Feel free to purchase. It came quick and without damage. You can add these to smoothies, just eat out of the bag. Something to toss to the kids in a car to eat. The mess can be vacuumed up. Add to your trail mix. The uses are endless!
