Was hoping this mouth guard was what I have been looking for to prevent clenching of teeth. It was just too difficult to get the material to mold to my mouth and followed directions to the letter.

This mouth guard is amazing!!! It is so comfortable and really works great! My dentist said that if you're not going to get one custom made through them, then fid one that just sits in the front of your mouth and doesn't allow your back teeth to touch. This is one of the only ones likes that I could find and it works so well. I can't clench my teeth anymore at night. My jaw isn't as sore and my neck is not as stiff. I have been using it for a few weeks now. Such a great product!

Easy to mold per the instructions. I used this to replace the night guard my dentist made for me (after my dog ate it) - although it is much larger than that custom made one from my dentist, it saved me about $400. It works as well as the DTI guard... I would give it 5 stars, but it is a bit large in my mouth....
Very Effective Against Jaw Strain and Grinding

Best I have found for ease of forming and effective against grinding. They wear thin over two months and develop plastic burrs. Initially can be a bit thick / big for the mouth, but prove effective.
