I like these a lot, which is why I own several. The other reason I own several is that they fit my original Apple Watch, but they probably won't keep making them since newer Apple Watches are a slightly different in size.

These come with a built-in "screen protector", which I just pop off and throw away. Without the screen protector, my watch is protected by the protruding bezel, and the touch face isn't hindered. I've accidentally bumped and rubbed my watch several times against a wall, and even dropped it a couple of times. No damage at all to the watch, thanks to being protected. The cover gets a little scratched sometimes, but it's far preferable to scratching my watch since the cover is only about $10-15. I don't know what the watch screen would cost to replace, and I'm sure I don't want to find out!

Those who own the shiny stainless-steel variety might not want to cover theirs, since I've heard tiny specs of dust can wedge between the cover and the case, scratching it. Of course without a cover, the watch can get damaged even worse. Decisions, decisions! This is why I wouldn't even consider owning a shiny, polished watch of any kind. They're just not practical.

The one downside to this cover is that it makes the "Digital Crown" difficult to turn. But that's not an issue for me, as I rarely ever have a reason to turn mine. It's still quite easy to press the crown, which is all I ever do with it. In my case, not being able to turn the crown easily is a plus, as it doesn't get turned by accident this way.

Another thing I like is that no one notices I'm wearing an Apple Watch. They don't recognize it, so they don't make an issue of it.

The case provides good protection for my Apple Watch. I purchased the Apple Sport Watch Second Edition after owning the First Edition for about a year. I just put a screen protector on my first Apple Watch. That only managed to keep the screen free of scratches and damage but the back of the watch became pitted and I put a small scratch on the front frame of the watch. So I purchased the Spigen Tough Armor Case to hopefully keep from damaging any part of my new watch. So far it seems to be well designed and well made. It offers protection for the whole watch with the built in screen protector. It does make the dial a little hard to turn since it's somewhat recessed after installing the case protector, but it's not something that would stop me from purchasing this case. My biggest concern was how it would make the watch look. I am very particular with how my watches look. I am currently using it on the Apple Sport Nike Edition and I honestly think it looks really nice with the sporty Nike style band that comes with the watch. To me it makes it look like a G Shock style watch. It does make the watch a little more bulky so I'm not to sure how it would look with a more dressy type band. I also purchsed the Spigen Rugged Armor Case to see which one might look better with a dressy stainless steel bracelet type band. My plan is to switch bands from dressy to sporty depending on how I'm using the watch. I would recommend this case. As long as you like the look, it will definitely protect your watch both front and back.

Have been using this case for over a month with my Apple Sport Watch. It has worked beautifully in protecting the watch. It is not listed as waterproof, but water has run over it when washing dishes and hands and I have had no problems. Sweating while working out is not a problem. I took the case apart once after a tough workout and found no sweat had gotten in anywhere around the case, so I never take the case apart after a workout. I do not feel it is necessary. When first putting the cover to the watch case on, make sure to lift or push the sides of the cover to seat it on all of the side bars it is suppose to snap into. Yes, there are tiny plastic pins at each corner of the cover that snap into place, but there are also bars sticking out from the sides of the watch case compartment that snap into the sides of the watch case cover.

This is a phenomenal case! Finally one in a gray that suits the space gray color better. Looks good and gives great coverage of the watch. The issue with the top piece falling off? I found that if you use tweezers and pull the rubber posts up through the top piece a little it keeps the top pretty snug and has prevented it from coming off. All in all I would buy again.

Works great.. didn't have it on more than an hour before i bashed it against something. Since then i continue the bounce it off things. my watches are usually beat to hell, this at least makes it so i don't spend a bunch of money replacing the apple watch.
I did take out the clear cover though.. already had one on there and don't need another one.
