My son loves rocks, so I filled his Easter eggs with polished rocks instead of candy. I was able to fill roughly a dozen of those large plastic eggs with one rock in each. It made a great Easter egg hunt!

Overall, these are great stones! Most of them are very smooth. The color assortment is good and there were only a few broken stones. My only concern was that there were a few stones that seem to be only partially tumbled. Also, there were some exceptional small stones included. They did not appear to be chips from stones in the bag. I did not count them, but there are a lot of stones, and my young jewelry makers should be busy for a while.

The pieces are a bit large for jewelry, and irregularly shaped, but are tumble polished and otherwise as described. I am using them to fragment into smaller pieces which can be mounted on rings, earrings, and pendants. Note: there are not as many amethysts or malachite as shown in image.

These are so gorgeous! I got 56 stones (medium size), and there's such a variety. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Edit: bought these a second time. This time I got the XXS for a project and they are just as perfect! Seriously, you can't go wrong!

I don't know what some of these are but I love them! I ordered 3 lbs of the Medium size and got the max amount of 81. All are within the sizes listed but I think a few might even be a bit big (which I'm thrilled about)! Not a single one was broken or chipped and there's not a stinker in the bunch! I know the pictures don't show them categorized correctly but I took the pics before I attempted to identify them so that's on me. I didn't get any Hematite, which is good, because it's very heavy and I already had some. I also didn't get any Yellow Jasper, which I'm sad about, but I got some really nice pieces of Rose Quartz, Bronzite, Citrine, Emerald (I think), Black Tourmaline (I think), Sodalite (stunning!), a couple Smokey Quartz, and lots more! None are dyed as far as I can tell but I read that dyed ones work the same as natural ones anyway so I'm not worried about it. I'm certainly no expert but I didn't see any tell-tale signs that others listed of dark lines in any of my stones. I'm having a really hard time identifying whether what I got was Black Tourmaline or Black Onyx so if anyone has any help there, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I can't tell if I got Aventurine or Green Quartz so again, if anyone knows, please comment! Overall, I'm very happy with my lot and will be ordering more.

and made some pretty sweet necklaces with the smaller stones. I made 20 necklaces with these and probably have enough smaller stones left to make a few more but if you want these for the cages I listed, you should probably order the Small size. I have 55+ left that are good-sized (which was what I wanted) but I plan to order some more stones in size Small and some more of those cage pendants. I'm thinking I can use the smallest of that bunch and put a few in each cage and the larger ones in their own cages. (Not all necklaces were photographed.)
