Unit works, not so easy to initially set up, especially the web interface. It does not want to read higher bit Wiegand cards, so you're stuck using 26 bit cards. This is a problem if you use higher bit cards in other applications. But, it works great for creation of a low cost prox system.

Outstanding controller, for the most part. As reviewers have noted, the software is confusing. The unit I received spontaneously developed an issue where it won't read one of the wiegand inputs about two months after installing.
Frustating at the beginning but nice customer service.

There was no way to make it discovereable by the computer, tried conecting it directly (RJ45) to a PC, thru the local network, thru the wlan, but no luck with any of those, there a no guides on internet, the provided software has more than a decade, I waste my time, a technician which I hired time and a lot of money. I have already wrote the seller for help, hope I be able to come back soon with good news updating the review, but for now I do not reccommended even if you are a technician with knowledge about wires and networks.

I contacted seller, they made all they can to help me, it has been one of the better experience in customer service I have ever had, now almost everything is working like a charm, but now I am sure they will help me have the best experience with their product, I highly reccomend them, would be useful if they ship the board with a few more instructions

Purchased card and power supply. Both appear to be well made. Software appears to be vary good once you get past some minor issues with the instructions. Some basic steps are left out pertaining to restoring from a backup. Also the installation disk is zipped in a different format then a traditional ZIP file. It is not self extracting and had to down load a program to decompress the file. Software can also be downloaded from the web. Customer support kept referring me to a web site in Chinese. Aside from these issues, which I found annoying, the product appears to be user friendly and comes with a vast variety of control options.

Very well built. The PCB is of high quality. the product works very well. The only negative was that it did not come with any CD or instructions so I had to depend on the Questions to get the software and figure out how to use the controller. Terrific value.
