UPDATE: Freegrace contacted me, unsolicited, after reading my review. I accepted their offer to send me a replacement cellphone dry bag free of charge. I am very impressed with their level of customer service. It is refreshing dealing with a smaller, family-owned business for a change.
I should clarify that before the cellphone dry bag broke, I tested it twice. With a Kleenex tissue inside, I put it under running water in my sink and submerged in a vase of water. It passed both tests 100%. And, after receiving Freegrace's e-mail, I did a little research on the company and products and found them very highly rated overall.
So, I updated my review accordingly, from 3 stars to 5 stars.
Original: Bag is very good but I bought it because it came with a free waterproof camera case, but the camera case broke before I could even use it. The circular closure lever came apart and piece got lost, so it was useless. We were in the parking lot of a river tubing location when it fell apart, and I was planning to use it that day. Very disappointing.

I tested the phone case. Put tissue in it. Put it water and held it down with a cup to make sure it submerged for 10 min. Tissue stayed perfectly dry! I have confidence in the bag as well.

Initially it seems like it will be excellent for protection my gear in water if I were to swim during my canyoneering trips. The phone protector I'm skeptical about, but I just submerged it in water for 10 mins with toilet paper and it didn't get wet. It also floated so I had to weigh it down a bit, but good to know your phone will float to the top of the water if it comes off of your neck. The materials of the protector and dry bag seem to be very good, but I have yet to put the bag to the test, but I'd totally trust it as of right now. Great value overall!! I have a droid Maxx 2 btw and the phone with the case fit with a decent amount of space leftover in the phone protector.
Must have waterproof bag!

This bag worked perfectly! Everything inside stayed perfectly dry! I purchased the 10L size and it held 2 towels, 2 bottles of sunscreen, wallets, car keys, a hat, and the first aid kit and we still had plenty of room! Also, this size fit perfectly on the front of my kayak!
The cell phone pouch that was included also worked like a dream! I completely submerged it and my phone was perfectly dry and unharmed! Also, I was able to have full function of my touchscreen and camera while in the pouch!

Well I can't attest to how water tight the bag is as I only bought the 2 L for my backpack . I use it as my emergency dry sack for first aid items and basic items to stay alive in the event that I had to dump my big pack and run. I toss it in my tent with me at night so the orange color is a good thing. I know most people use these on the water kayaking and what not that could give you better feed back as to how water tight it is but I can tell you that it is very well made and much better than the old clear velcro bag I previously had. As for the water proof phone case , I opted to not chance it . They make water proof phones now so a fancy bag isn't going to convince me that my 800 dollar smart phone will be good.
