Persil, from our experience, always leaves the laundry very clean and smelling fresh..

Our initial impression upon smelling the detergent while opening the container was that its fragrance is strong, however, this stain fighter version's fragrance is not overpowering. The fragrance does not linger on the clothes for too long, days after a wash.

We highly recommend it, and spot treatment is necessary for tough to remove stains, as is the case with all other detergents we have tried, and overall we are satisfied with its effectiveness.

The packaging left a good impression as well, as this time, it had leak prevention in the form of a taped seal around the cap, which is a welcome change that will prevent damage and/or mishaps with the packages. A welcome change.

Amazon is listening, and taking user reviews into account, so a huge plus for that.

All in all a great detergent, as we have come to expect from Persil.

This stuff is the bee's knees! I have always been a fan of gain, love the smell, it worked the best to remove stains. Then this product became available. I just got my first bottle today and didn't hesitate to put it's magic to the test. I was scrubbing my floors and then waxing them so I wanted to start with a clean mop pad on my shark steamer. I decided to give the mop pad a quick wash in the kitchen sink and didn't expect much, after all I have bleached the thing over night and washed with my then "bee's knees" gain and it only lightened the black grunge on on and in it. So I drizzled some directly onto the mop pad and swished it around a bit in the water. I immediately noticed that where the persil was drizzled was literally bleached bright white! So I scrubbed it and swished it around for about one and a half minutes and rinsed it out, that's when I took the after picture. So that quick wash, with out any pretreat time, cleaned that mop pad to almost new condition. I'd say it's completely safe to throw away any pretreat products, bleach, and any crap laundry detergent you have in your house in the trash because that's what it is. (Ok so don't trash it, but use it up and never ever buy that trash again!) I should also add that I absolutely love the smell!

Being a person who really loves clean laundry and who has tried MANY different types of detergent over the years ranging from Tide, Cheer, Foca, Jabonzote, Pinol, among other generic brands from Target to Walmart to Sams Club----I can honestly say THIS is the BEST detergent EVER.

Ok, I'm one of those people where I would absolutely LOVE to make my own detergent that actually gets clothes clean. I have two boys, two cats, a dog, chickens, and an endless supply of dirty laundry. I've tried making my own detergent but it just never gets the clothes REALLY clean. Either they wouldn't smell clean (but there weren't any visible ick) or there would still be stains but they smelled clean. I've tried combinations of things such as just Foca and Jabonzote(found in ethnic supermarkets and some Walmarts) just for Whites and Tide Pods just for darks. Or a combination of liquid with Tide Pods and....well the list goes on.

I need something economical, that I can purchase that wouldn't break the bank but would still get my clothes clean. On a whim I purchased Persil. I was out of ideas as to how to really get the clothes clean without using a ton of detergent or soaking for long periods of time. I had seem Persil before but was always hesitant because of the price (I am on a budget afterall!!), but that day I purchased it and I HAVEN'T LOOKED BACK.

PERSIL REALLY WORKS!!!

The measurements weren't kidding, a little bit goes a LONG way. The clothes are actually coming out cleaner with LESS detergent!! And they smell fresh, clean, and look great!! I use Persil in hot, cold, soaks, warm......any way really and it still comes out clean! What I really truly love about this detergent is that it doesn't aggravate my skin ( I get itchy patches with the wrong detergent), and I've even used it as a quick hand soap and it didn't dry out my skin. A little bit really does go a long way!!

Pros:
Smells great, the 2in1 works superbly for stains (even old ones)
A little bit goes a long way, try using just a half amount of what you normally use and go down from there(adjust as needed)
Smells good even without fabric softener
Clothes haven't faded, whites are bright!

Cons:
Amazon shipping is pretty terrible, it's cheaper at Walmart (but the convenience is nice)

Overall:
This product works very well, I will purchase again. I have found that I don't need to use as much detergent as I would have had to which has actually saved me money in the long run. Clothes smell fresh even after hanging for a while. A really great buy!

I like this detergent. It is a great product & great value for this price. Highly recommendable. Although the shipping needs serious improvement...this was the second time where the box was partially soaked with detergent due to a leak. The small screw cap was lose not off. I would recommend this small cap needs to be taped securely. The shipping box was a bit to big the detergent bottled bounced all over in the box (not very secured). Again, I like this detergent etc. but shipping liquid detergent needs a some improvement. Thank you!
