I am using this faja after a TT, MR and Lipo procedure. I am approximately 3.5 weeks PO and started using it after the doctor's compression garment became too big. I am 5'1" in height, 155 lbs with hips that measure 43 inches and a PO surgery waist right now with swelling at 31 inches. I purchased this faja before my surgery with the measurements I had at the time and I purchased a Medium. I like this faja it fits me well- I was concerned because a lot of these tend to work better for girls with longer torsos. It does in fact take 2 people (husband and I working together seriously) to get me in it but once on its comfortable for a faja. I also wear a Lipo board under to prevent any marks. Its definitely easier to stand with this thing on, rather than sit but it's suppose to compress right? I like the butt cheeks area does not compress because that's usually where I am most comfortable with compression fitting items. The cut out for restroom area is big enough that I have not had any issues going to restroom with it on at all. I purchased in black. I like this faja a lot. I feel like it was a great deal for me to use post surgery.

Order one size up, maybe two. This is like what a sausage must feel like being squeezed into it's casing. If you're using this just for shape, then you will struggle, but it'll probably still zip. If you're recovering from any type of abdominal surgery (AKA me) this will hurt your soul trying to get into it, so order 2 sizes up or just wait a little until you're healed up. However, once you have squeezed into this....you will look like Sofia Vergara. Not really, but it's pretty good at sucking you in. The thigh part is surprisingly not too tight, so it doesn't leave bulges under a tight dress or pants.

So I'm going to be as honest and detailed as possible. I am 5'6 192 athletic build 36f-32-43. I broke toes and gained some weight sitting around. This faja is AMAZING!! I previously purchased an expensive Leonisa body shaper in an XL the material was thin and the straps wore very quickly the crouch opening is short about 3.5in. I purchased this faja in a size XL. The reviews on here are EXTREMELY misleading and untrue! In the pics you can see that this faja curves in the waist and has a longer torso whereas the black one is wide no shape and shorter. This faja is true to size and feels good on. I did have to adjust the straps to the longest setting. The crotch hole in the faja is 6 inches and plenty of room to use the rest room without mess. Where the hooks are in the front there is a flap under so that it doesn't dig into your stomach. The dress I have on I'm the picture is a very spring and clingy jersey material. I used it to give u the best picture of my shape in clothing and how the faja looks under it. As u can see there is a difference in my shape and the faja is not visible at all!!! Please trust me when I say get your true size don't size up. I trusted a similar review and the fact that it ships prime. Worst case scenario you send it back and get another. This faja didn't do much for my butt in the dress but despite the pics it does round out and lift my butt in pants and jeans. I love this faja and you can't beat the price. Most are selling for 100$ and over. I really hope this review and my pics help!

Okay so this is for my thick size ladies who aren't in the plus but isn't small enough for the juniors!!! I wear a 14/16 and I wear a 40DDD bra. I bought a 2XL and it fit perfect. A little tight at first which is expected! And YES I DID BREAK A SWEAT PUTTING THIS ON! Overall a good purchase. Hope this helps
