I really have no 'cons' with this item. I've been using them just as I walk around the house and up and down the stairs. They don't cause any trouble with rubbing on my ankle bones as I thought they might. They are too heavy for me to use on my arms atm--I'm 62, lol-- but I'm working my way up to it with some lesser weights. I would definitely recommend these to anyone, as my 30 yr old son tried them too and they also fit his ankles. Plus they look nice, just like the picture.

I have used these ankle weights for about a week now and am overall pleased with them. Them form well to the ankle and don't feel too bulky. They are a good size and easily transportable. My one "complaint" is the velcro: it's so sticky. It's a good thing when I sweat but when I want to take the weights off or even put them on, it can be annoyingly frustrating as the velcro sticks together so well. I also will that the band of velcro that attached was a different color so I could more easily locate the end in order to unpeel or readjust the strap.
