So easy to make whipped cream (or other foams) with a dispenser. Vanilla or chocolate whipped cream? Yum. Creme de Menth or Baily's whipped cream? No problem. Hot and cold savory foams (aka espumas), cocktail foams, airy sauces, rapid infusions, mousses, fruit carbonation, fluffy and light batters, ultra fluffy and moist sponge cakes, marinade injections and faux truffles are all in the wheelhouse if you've got a dispenser and a few of these. MUCH cheaper than buying at Kitchen Collection, etc..

Not as good as some of the other brands. Cheaper, but had problems with them "jamming up" then releasing too much at one time. Will use a different brand for my dispenser next time.

No odd flavor or smell!
Doesn't quite fit in the Chef-Master dispenser, both of which are new, so I'm not sure which isn't standard-sized. Put a bit of tissue in the holder and that did the trick.

There's definitely a slight oillyness in the chargers that is very, very, very faint. Will be sticking to my usual brand for my whipping needs.

Don't know if it's the cartridge being a little to long as we couldn't get a good seal and you could hear a continuous hiss. And required a second cartridge did not happen with other cartridges we tried. Maybe just a bad batch.
