It doesn't really give you the full 3 amps.
Ive now had 2 of these go bad after less than a week

Ive now had 2 of these go bad after less than a week. Its running a door strike and after a couple of days it will not release the door. As soon as power is plugged in it engages the relay and holds it. It would be great if it worked.
Excellent power supply for various projects.
