Crappy watch band, even worse customer service

Watch band construction is cheesy, and customer service complacent. The buckle fell apart with first use, and customer service response was a video on how to repair a watch buckle. Rediculous. Buckle bar bends easily-bad design, and cheap materials. Made in China peice of crappola. Looking for something not on line so I can return, as I must have this available for my 87 yr. old dad in the meantime. Grrrrrr.

This pager system works great! This device is used for someone with limited hearing. We push the pager button once or twice to signal different meanings. No more yelling for them to try to hear you when they are away from you. Highly recommend.
