I went to London for 2 weeks and used all 4 adapters while there. They all worked and none broke. I had no problems with them at all. They fit perfectly in the outlet without sliding out.

I came upon this highly rated item while looking for something to plug a couple of electronic devices from south east asia (one of Singapore 3-prong flat and of Indonesian 2-prong round plugs) to US grounded outlet and decided to purchase it. I think I made the right choice. The build appears to be first rate, the holes fit the foreign plugs snugly, and they plug into the US outlet without any wobbles. IMHO its amazon rating is well justified, and for what it's worth, the price is right too.
Tight fit for Chile

I like the design -- big 3-prong input on one side but tapered on the prong side to fit in tight spaces. The price is right as well, and shipping was fast.
Unfortunately, these were a very tight fit when I used them in Chile -- they really had to be jammed into the outlets. I thought Chile was type C. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing.
