This dress is well made, nice lining and beautiful matelasse material. It has more muted colors than pictured, I was a little disappointed that the peachy-pink and light blues weren't a little more colorful, but still beautiful. Nice copper colored threading though out. Dress is long! I'm 5'7" and it draped on the floor, even with small heels. I had it shortened several inches to make a tea length dress but retained some of the bottom pattern and had the slit closed most if the way. Turned out well. Lovely dress for family of wedding party.

There is nothing I didn't love about the dress. Wore it for my daughter's wedding and received so many compliments. My family couldn't believe I found it on Amazon lol. Had all the colors of the wedding party. Yes I did have to cut and hem it, did it myself with heat tape. Took the iron heat just fine. Bought the size 8, I'm roughly 5'3" and 129lbs. Fell in love with the material and have to say more gorgeous in person as it as a shimmer of gold throughout. Some didn't like the ribbon and at first I didn't either but it grew on me and I think it gave the dress a unique touch, my sister agreed. I did pin the bow to the dress to keep in place.
