Love Baker's German's brownies. This chocolate arrived still within it's expiration date but the chocolate had bloomed (chalky discoloration that occurs to chocolate when it experiences major temperature shifts).

Hard to find in stores

I bake German chocolate cake using this and it is incredible. I follow the cake recipe on this box but NOT the frosting recipe. I suggest looking elsewhere for the coconut frosting recipe.
