Heavy duty without being cumbersome. Had bought a cheaper pair from another vendor and I was using it and the Velcro came undone...lucky I was only using 5lbs for lateral raises( everyone has to start at the beginning) I feel confident this will not happen with my new wraps. Thanks for a well made

I received the 3030 cuff and tried it the same day. As soon as I unpacked it, I knew that I was right to trust the reviews, it is strong in the sense that it looks like it can handle a significant amount of weight but thanks to the cushioning it is gentle enough for people with sensitive skin such as myself. Other cuffs usually chafe the skin around my ankle and move up and down as I'm doing the exercise, so far I haven't had this problem with the 3030 Cuff, the velcro is perfect size for small to even bigger ankles. It stays in place and helps target specific muscles (glutes in my case) with perfect ease. I can't really speak about how much weight this would be able to handle since I focus more on form rather than maxing out with weight. Also haven't tried it for upper body yet. I will update to see how it holds up in the long run, however for the price it is more than worth it!

The Contraband Black Label 3030 is a great ankle or wrist cuff, it's light in weight and doesn't hurt your ankle or wrist due to the inner cushion it has. When using this on a cable machine the product is perfect in every way and feels very secure on you and not like it's about to come off. I would very much recommend this product to anyone looking this seek and ankle or wrist cuff when working out!
For the price & quality, you cannot go wrong!

I belong to a really nice gym and it has everything you need however! whenever I am looking for the ankle straps, someone else is using them...so I decided to just buy my own since I use them quite often. Searched Amazon & this popped up (almost got the pink label but decided on black), I used it today & love it! Its actually better than the one that the gym provides. Its adjustable so you don't need to worry if you have wide ankles, very secure even when pulling a good amount of weight. This can be used for glute focus, hamstring, inner/outer abductors & I'm sure you can use it for your wrists as well...just haven't tried that yet. For the price & quality, you cannot go wrong!
