I love this! It installs very easily and the picture is bright and clear! I can't believe that I got such a great kit so cheap. I would love to add an additional front plate camera but I am not sure if this one will do.. I've read conflicting answers. This thing is definitely worth the money. If I am able to get one for front facing (non flip) I will report back. Great service fast and easy.

This camera system is great for seeing what's behind you. The camera mounts on the license plate and the up and down angle is adjustable. This is important to get the right depth perspective. The monitor picture is very sharp and clear. The monitor is small enough to be positioned on the dash easily. I mounted mine in a cd holder under the radio in a CR-V. I gave it a slight angle toward the driver. I am very happy with the camera and I feel better being able to see right behind me while backing up. The installation took a couple of hours, mostly pulling the trim off of the rear door.

what a deal - works perfectly. I've added this to my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Its so nice to have this option in my Jeep now. Product was packaged appropriately and the instructions are very simplistic. Have to be a little handy if you are doing this yourself. I connected the power to the camera using the reverse lights which took me some time to figure out because every car is different. Can't go wrong with this little guy! This works better than the factory camera in my 2013 Kia Sorento.

I purchased this for my 2002 Explorer to help me when backing up as I can not see that well behind the truck. I is extremely helpful when I am backing up to my travel trailer. I used to have to have someone guide me back but now I just watch on the monitor how close the connection is this saves me a lot of time when getting ready to travel. I found the install very easy and have had zero problems with the equipment in all the time I have been using it.

This is a pretty neat little product. I just installed it on my 2003 Suburban today. So far so good. I hope it holds up over time. One bonus bit of info I can offer is that if you're installing on a 99-06/old body 07 is to tie the power wire to the camera into the light green wire of your 7 way trailer connector. This is the back up light output. The camera will switch on when the back up light circuit is energized. It's pretty crafty to do it this way as it operates like a factory installed system.
Also the wiring schematic supplied is tiny and hard to make out. If you search youtube there are a few good videos to make it much easier to understand.
