It went up pretty quick, since you have to include the fly ...

It went up pretty quick, since you have to include the fly (seriously you really aren't going to go open air at a camp site), more like 5-6 minutes total. We had some strong wind and rain and honestly, not a drop of water came in. I didn't give 5 stars because the zipper systems still gets caught a bit like every other tent out there and too much heat is released through the sides of the tent. If it's below 60, you'll want to bring in a plug in heater if you have an outlet for it. All in all, I would buy this again. Might get the big 10'x18' tent next!!!
Great tent and super easy to set up.

This is the easiest tent to set up. My wife did it on her own the first time and I think she had it up in under a minute. With the steaks and the rain canopy it may take another 2 or 3 minutes. We haven't used it in any bad weather or anything so it has been great so far. I would recommend putting down a tarp or piece of reinforced poly under it as the bottom layer is pretty thin.
Goes up so easy and is so roomy!

Super easy to set up. I love looking at the stars on a clear night through the screen roof. It's very roomy. My husband and slept in there with our 6 kids. I love how open it is when you open the widows and even with windows shut it has waterproof ventilation which is wonderful. Knocking off a star cuz the bottom got a small rip the second night out. Its small and probably from a rock or stick but still I think it should be a little bit tougher.
Update: we took this on our roughest camping trip of the year and it works great! I used some duct tape to patch the holes and it was perfect. No extra holes were made :-) it made it through two days worth of boat trips and two nights worth of setting it up on a sandbank. I was initially worried about sand clogging up the joints so that it would not set up or come down he's lame. But that was not a problem at all! After setting it up and taking it down a few times with my husband I can now do it by myself in three minutes or so. I also love that the bag for the tent has an expandable zipper part so that when you take it down wet and Sandy you can still jam it in there and get the bag shut. Then when you get it be sanded and clean you can zip the expandable part back down and your tent is small again. Genius! This tent is fabulous. I am pretty excited about it. Also the very small doormat piece that flips out was Fantastic Four us and our kids Sandy feet going straight from the sandbank into the tent at night. We were able to brush all the sand off our feet while standing on the little mat and then keep a lot of it out of the tent. I highly highly recommend this tent. Well worth the money in my book!

We used this tent for the first time in a day long rainstorm-with some torrential rain- and the tent stayed perfectly dry. The setup was remarkably quick, which was helpful with the weather conditions. Would highly recommend this tent. A great purchase!

We've used this tent on three camping trips (it's our favorite part about camping). Very easy to set up and take down. No rips or tears so far. We absolutely love it.
