Pamela's has done it again. These honey grahams are great and will insure that your little ones can enjoy treats such as "smores" in spit e of allergies. They are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, corn-free, nut-free, and egg-free! The only thing we wish is that they could somehow be dairy free as well. The butter they use in non GMO though so that is a plus! They also don't use hydrogenated oils or trans fats, and corn syrup!
We are enjoying this product a lot. Our only wish is that they could stay crispy for longer after opening. This of course is not a problem if you invite peeps to share. ;-)

In my opinion, this tastes like a (too) buttery candy brittle rather than a cracker. It is way crispier than a graham cracker. It is delicious, addictive, and very acid indigestion producing in my experience. Simply strange. I had to donate my 6 boxes to an acquaintance who I hope does not get the same indigestion. I'm sure some people enjoy buttery candy brittle. Just don't expect anything vaguely resembling a graham cracker.

Taste good only problem is there were some broken ones in each package. But worked great in the dessert I made

I LOVe these graham crackers BUT if you mail order them expect them in a thousand pieces!

I did not think, even with all the other reviews, that my boxes would have all of the graham crackers broken to pieces. But, the first box did not have a single whole cracker in it. The pieces were all small, about an inch square and smaller. The six boxes were packed tightly into a single cardboard box, and the shipping box had the spaces filled with air pillows. I can only think they were all broken even before shipping. Pamela's must be shipping seconds. I tasted them and they had the typical superb flavor Pamela's is famous for.
