did not realize they come without the magnetic clip - my fault not theirs. Haven't been able to use them because of not having the magnetic tool. It's on the way, cost as much as the pinionpins themselves.

After reading the reviews, I chose to purchase a CMS Magnetic Super Strong Neodymium to get these off of the sheets once they have been used. It works quite well. When these are not attached to my sheets, they come apart very easily with the magnet that I bought. When they are, 3 out of 4 come off easy. The 4th takes some toying. I'm still quite happy with the purchase. I was concerned they would be annoying since they are hard but I actually don't even notice them. I guess I don't rub up against the corners when I sleep. This is so much nicer than b4 when I would find the comforter down at my feet inside the duvet.
