Almost as good as my homemade canned salsa! Now that I live in the desert, I have been unable to grow my garden and I have been trying numerous salsas on the market and just couldn't find one I really liked until I tried Mateo's. Absolutely love it and it is very similar to what I use to can. The medium has a little kick which is great for the family, but I prefer the hot. Highly recommend!

OMG, I love this salsa! I used to make my own salsa but after tasting this I just buy Mateo's instead. I don't like things that are too spicy and the medium is just right for me. Add a little sour cream to it and there you have it - salsa perfection, enjoy!
Very Popular But Not Quite My Cup of Tea

I have friends who swear by this salsa so I tracked it down here on Amazon. I liked it fine - it has a distinctive taste and a bit of a bite. The texture doesn't work as well for me - I like to see the tomato pieces and have a thicker consistency. But the salsa is quite good and lots of my loved ones rave about it. I will look elsewhere for myself, but this is a good choice for a lot of people.

We used to get this at Costco but now live over 300 miles away from one. I was happy to see Amazon carries it. We love it's garlicky, citrus, hints of smoke and overall bold taste. The consistency is small puréed and just the right thickness not chunky at all. Just the right kick! We are now spoiled and can't eat anything else!
