beef tallow with minimal flavor. I find the texture to be more similar to butter when eating it alone. no sent at all. its more on the harder side when cold at refrigerator temperatures. the color is white with the slightest hint of yellow when cold. its very clean melts clear in a hot pan no color when liquid. I did not find anything else in it no water pockets nothing that should be in it.
