Tasty and easy to fix

So Glad I Tried It!!
I wasn't sure what this was going to taste like. I have been trying to cut back on coffee and I wanted to find something that is reminiscent of coffee. I researched Chicory and it has some really good health benefits with hardly any harmful effects. There is a warning about pregnant women drinking too much, or at all, so please be aware. I looked at the different choices Amazon had to offer and this one had a lot of great reviews about quality and flavor. I also appreciated that it is organic. Amazon might say that it will take some time to arrive, but I find it has always arrived before the due date. I am so glad I gave it a try... I LOVE IT!! It's very close to a coffee type flavor. It's rich and unique too. I mix a little Chicory with pure cocoa powder, sweeten it, and add creamy foam. It's delicious! It melts into a rich, slightly foamy, brew. I have already ordered 3 more and they arrived faster than expected. I don't want to be without this product now. I would love it if they made it available on subscribe and save. I feel better being off coffee, but with this Prewetts Chicory, I don't feel like I am missing anything. Happy customer!

Delicious taste

I arrive a day later than expected but it was worth the wait

We in my family who cannot consume caffeine are enjoying this great tasting chicory coffee. The delivery was fast too. The only issue we have had is that towards the end of the supply the coffee dries up and gets severely stuck to the glass jar. I'm sure it is worsened by humidity so if you live in a dry climate it may not even happen. The design of the glass jar prevents you from being able to reach the last few servings. Upon receiving the next order we tried placing the contents into a metal coffee tin with a wide mouth so that we could get to use the entire contents. However, this was a big mistake. The loose chicory "grinds" morphed into a hard, sticky substance impossible to measure out properly.
So we are keeping all future orders in their original glass jars and accepting the slight product loss. Live and learn!

I warm up my favorite almond milk and put in a heaping teaspoon of Chicory Drink mix. Tastes similar to coffee with cream. A great substitute for me, as I am sensitive to milk and caffeine. I have noticed that the coffee flavor seems to come out more as the drink gets cooler (not too hot).
