This bench got here in about 3 days and the packaging did have some minor bending but it's cardboard so can't expect it to be flawless. All the parts were present but you will need a wrench(preferably one of those adjustable ones) to hold the nuts while you tighten the screws with the Allen key provided. I will update my review in a month or so to review the durability and way it preforms when under weight.

Definitely a bench worth buying... it's very sturdy... though shorter... it works well... I weigh 330lbs, and it's unmovable. Would denifitely buy a second.
