SIMPLY AWESOME!! I can't believe how great this thing is! I was sceptical when I ordered it as I am not a small man (6'2" and 243 lbs) but this really is XXL and for once I can fit comfortably! This replaces an old hammock chair I bought years ago so I didn't need the included hardware but it comes with everything you need to hang it up and it's much better quality so I may switch it out anyways.

One of my biggest surprises, other than the size, is the material. This is definitely soft cotton but it's thick quality fabric, not the cheap thin stuff that you know will wither away in no time. Unlike the others I was looking at, this chair is built solid and clearly a steal at this price. I'm so impressed I just had to write a review! Anyone unsure about buying this should feel at ease because this is quality, heavy duty and super comfortable. I still can't believe the room I have and the comfort level is beyond words! Oh, and I haven't tried the included drink holder yet but I'm sure it'll come in handy this weekend! :-)

We ordered Large Brazilian Hammock for my wife's Birthday. She loves a hammock chair.
We hung it on the front porch out of the weather, rain and water.

The chair is made of strong durable soft canvas. (We need that with all the kids around) The ropes that suspend the canvas are soft and think. They are evenly distributed along the chair giving a nice even comfortable recline. It is large enough that my wife can comfortably and easily curl up in the chair to read, or hold a preschooler in her lap for a while. My daughter curls up in it and does her homework, even using her laptop with her legs criss-crossed under her.
The spreader bar is a light hardwood with notched to hold the ropes and seat out and not slip in. The hanger is a strong thimble to protect the rope from the strap or chain used to hang from.

My wife loves her large hammock chair, as do our kids. when this one wears out, we will probably get another exactly like it.

We have two of these hammock chairs. They have held up well for about a year and have supported both me and my husband, who weighs about 300 lbs.

If you have a camp house on the river or near a beach this is perfect for a single seater relaxation. Easy to hang up and adjust. This is definitely a great buy and I even bought a second one to put next to the first. Great design and highly recommend!

Hammock Sky has the best hammock supplies I've used!!! I've not had any issues with them on any products. This was no exception. I received the green and blue hammock chair. It has brilliant, avid colors. I really enjoy them. The colors are relaxing to me. Speaking of relaxing! This chair is extremely comfortable. It is heavy duty. When you receive the hammock chair, it comes in a case. You can store or back in it after you are ready to take it down. They recommend you to take it down after use especially if it is going to rain.

Comfortable: It is really comfortable. After I finally got it up, I sat in it and stayed for what seemed hours. I highly enjoyed the feel of the hammock chair. My Grandfather, who you see in the pics, also said it was nice. Because he is in his 80s, he sometimes has problems getting up and out. He enjoyed it because it was easy for him to get up. It is bigger than you think. It surprised me. I would say about 3 maybe 4 feet wide. It will feel nice to sit or nearly lie down in. Perfect for children!

Built: You have everything you need to get it up but the S hook and Eye Hook, which is only a few dollars at your local hardware store. This chair is built sturdy. It can hold up to 250 or so pounds of weight. Just remember, to hang it from a place that can sustain the weight! The fabric is stitched together perfectly. I only one small little fabric bunched up. The rope it hangs from is really sturdy and thick. I had it hung from my front porch. I just wished I had a mosquito net.

Recommend: Why would I not recommend this hammock? It is way better than just sitting a metal chair on the front porch. It will get you out of the house and get some fresh air. I was relaxing with my dogs. It is going to be a great spring and summer coming!

As I said before, I have gotten other hammock sky products, from their Brazilian hammocks to the hammock straps. This hammock chair was given to me, for reviews, however, I seriously believe it is very great product. I would want it for all ages! Throw in a pillow and you might even take a nap in the breeze!
