All the other stuff is good.

Handle is too short for reaching the top of my 5th wheel and the head will not fit some other handle. All the other stuff is good.

This is a superb mop. I use it with Black Diamond wood and laminate floor cleaner. Easy and
fast. The large mop head is great because it turns so easily. Works around furniture and chairs beautifully!

I bought one for myself and another for my daughter. Nice heavy duty feel. Cleans floors nicely. Duster head picks up animal hair like crazy, throw in the washer to clean. Excellent choice for multiple floor cleaning needs!
Easy to use-but how to pick up the dust??

Like the multiple functions of this unit. Great quality. Will hold up well. Wish there was convenient way to PICK UP the dust it collects with the dusting option. Still find I have to take out my broom to sweep up the dust it collects. Easy to move around corners and round items.

This is a great product and great a value at what its priced at. It came from Amazon quickly and the packaging was hassle free. The instructions were easy to follow and yes the pole is telescoping. It can be hard to loosen and tighten to adjust. But once you get it to the length you want it will stay.
Most mops annoy me. They are generally to short for tall people. I have to lean over way to much to mop or dust the hard floor surfaces. But with this mop, I do not have to lean over. The pole is over 6 ft tall. It gives me great reach with less stretching and leaning.
The mop heads work great, I mostly use the microfiber top and the liquids top. We have dogs and they do a good job at cleaning up fur and spills caused by the dogs. The dust mop is great for small clean ups and daily sweeps of the surfaces. But you still need to vacuum to get large amounts of fur up if you miss the daily sweets a few times in a row.
The mop head clean up is easy. If they aren't to messy we throw them into the washing machine and hang dry afterwards. If they are messy or have a lot of dog fur on them, I take them outside and rinse them with the hose. After that they go into the washer and hang dry.
