Works good, installation was a little tricky, and is noisy

Have been out a few times and this works very well. It is noisy, and I will start greasing a few points moving forward. I know WD hitches all make noise, but when in the park I never hear anyone as loud as mine... For me the hardest thing was finding the correct angle for the hitch ball head. The instructions stated to use 2 washers for 4 & 5 inch frames, and 3 washers for 6, 7, & 8" frames. Well, the frame of my trailer is 6", but the A-frame with the ball mount is 5". I assumed they were referencing the trailer frame and added 3, only to have to remove it all and take 1 washer out. Do yourself a favor and install the entire set-up prior to tightening all of the bolts past ratchet tight, check alignment, then come back and torque down to 350 ft. lbs.
A quality product

Does an amazing job with our 25 foot trailer. On the highway you would barely know you're pulling a trailer. Perfect weight distribution and no sway. ps, take the time to properly install and balance the trailer to hitch. It is trouble free
Probably the best WDH for the money

This really made a difference in the raising the rear end of my SUV by equalizing weight and improving the handling and controlling the sway. I don't have a particularly heavy hitched weight of only around 400 lbs loaded but it dropped the rear-end 2" and raised the front-end 1" of my SUV, which cause a severe sway problem and even though I was a able to control it with just a sway bar the Husky WDH made the sway, going over bumps and potholes, and in general sway so much better! When I first saw this 100 lb brute I thought it will just make things worse by increasing the hitch weight but found even distributing the weight was way more important. It was not to difficult to install and properly adjust if you really follow the directions. It is also really well design and heavy duty built. My only regret is that I wish I would have gotten this in the first place as I could have save $100 in buying a normal hitch and sway setup that was not really fixing the problem. The adjustable shank fits quite a range of drop or rise as I need almost 6" drop and it worked for me without having to spend another $100 to get a special shank.
Screams like cats fighting

The Husky hitch is excellent. Great value for the price. It is heavy duty and should be able to handle heavy loads. It also is heavy (~109 lbs total package) and it takes strength to lift the hitch and trunnion (~60 lbs?) into the vehicle's receiver. The instructions are good and it is fairly easy to install. I towed a small (16 ft) travel trailer 2000 miles with the hitch and it provided great stability. It is overkill for a trailer that small but I did not want another driver to experience sway who had never experienced it before. My biggest complaint is that it screams like cats fighting when you make turns. I had two people warn me at gas stations that the bearings were going out on the trailer. It was very nice of them but I had to tell them it was the Husky WD hitch. The hitch is quiet on the highway. Also, you need to have the vehicle and trailer straight and level or you will have a very difficult time attaching or removing the spring bars.
Not as easy to use as expected.

Being a senior attempting to do it all myself....The fact that you can slide the poles straight in vs having to strain to reach under the hitch to attach is a plus. Videos I watched shows the ease of using the tool to lift in place is not as easy as shown. One side slides up and over to lock in place. Other side very tight and hard to budge into place. Overall, when it is in place, very stable. Hoping it will loosen a bit for me to use.
