Watch the sizing!

Beware of the sizing! I misunderstood the sizing and thought 30-45" was the WAIST size. I carefully measured and figured I would have no problem with that size. Received the binder today, and it says it will fit a man's 3-45" WAIST, or a woman's 30-45" HIP. I can get it on, with help from my husband, but just barely. Once on, though, it is fairly comfortable and gives a lot of support.
One thing I have found is that if I wear it backward, with the velcro ending on my back, it is way more comfortable, especially when you have to pull it over your incision to get it snug. And it doesn't seem to be as noticeable under clothing when worn that way. I do have to have my husband put it on me (think Mammy and Scarlett in Gone With the Wind!") this way, but for me it's preferable.
Gold Standard at reasonable price

I've rotated 2 of these for over a month now (should have bought 3) and I get the compression my surgeon wanted post op. If you feel you need something softer against your skin, try a cami or T-shirt underneath it. That's what I did the first few weeks when my incision was still tender.

I tried another brand that claimed cotton cover front panel, but the Velcro wasn't sized right (nor that particular panel for a smaller sized female) and I regret not being able to return that one, (I tried wearing it).

Oh! And for ease fold the Velcro onto itself and launder that way"”I put them on the delicate cycle, cool, air dry and haven't had a problem with the Dale Binders.
Comfortable, Sturdy Binder

I bought this product to help keep my stomach from splitting apart and having my organs spill out, as it was recently noted by a physical therapist that I have a bit of an ab separation. I am to wear this all of the time, while my therapy exercises hopefully do their job to get my stomach in proper order. I like this binder - it is comfortable, and it makes me feel very...well...binded, and put together. I am able to wear it comfortably while I sit, stand, walk, and do housework. My only complaint is that the Velcro slowly wears away whichever part of the binder you adhere the Velcro to. Because of this, I may need to buy a replacement in a few months, if my abs aren't better by then.
BEST BINDER - Even better than the one my surgeon provided!!

I have tried and returned several binders to use post tummy tuck and this one is by far the BEST! It is comfortable but also supportive. It does not slip out of place and it holds just right. I wear it all day and sometimes part of the night too and it helps keep the swelling down post-surgery. Highly recommend! I've been using it almost 2 weeks and it holds up well too.
Decent for the price

The Velcro is really awesome and I like the tapered edges so the tip of the Velcro isn't scratching my skin like others did. However it bunches up really bad so I am constantly readjusting it. It's definitely decent for the price but doesn't work quite as well as the medical grade one did.
