I bought this costume for a book report and speech my daughter had to do in her school. She needs give the speech as if she was Annie Oakley. This costume is made by cheap material, but did the job well. Her main complain is itch around the collar, i guess this is due to the material used.

Our daughter wore this for her social studiez fair project on Annie Oakley and she won first place!!!! 😊 She movez on to county tomorrow!! Great costume, thank you!!!

This was a fantastic costume! It looks great and is well made. It fit perfectly. My granddaughter used it for a school project book report character, Annie Oakley. She looked like the picture in the book when she put the costume on. She loved it! I was extremely pleased with my purchase.

Costume material was thin poly that was a little "fuzzy" feeling for dimension, and no shininess. There was good attention to detail (collar, flowers, fringe, etc.) and together it all works. It looks way better than most of the "bagged" costumes you might find at Party City, etc.

I got a large for my size 7/8 8-y-o daughter, and there was room to spare, but I think a medium would have been to small. The waist is gathered elastic, so there is definitely some size flexibility. The sleeves were long, so I just hand stitched them up in the inside 2-3 inches. The waistband front panel is attached from the bottom and had a tendency to fall forward in the front and not stay standing, so I tacked that up, too. Iron-in interfacing might work too, but I'm not sure about ironing the polyester. That wasn't that hard and for the price it sure beats trying to sew something! Even though the fabric isn't the greatest, the overall effect of the costume is very good. It will have wrinkles so let it hang a few days before you need to wear it if you can. We added a gun, boots, a wig, and hat, and were good to go. It served us well for living history night and Halloween.

Great costume - it fit nicely and was attractive. The fabric was a decent quality and my granddaughter loved it.
