They hold my fins where they are supposed to be!

So far so good! When I bought my board, surf shop employee Cheech cross-threaded my original screw & plate, but I didn't notice it until I got home. Instead of driving an hour back to town, this was a great alternative and now I have extras. I haven't broken any of them yet, but that's a good thing too.
