Mine was delivered with no problems and the packing was sufficient.
I was able to put it together in about 20 minuests. I was able to put 4 rifles (16 inch barrels)in the case with some additions room.
This is a good solution for house with kids, it does not appear to be a gun cabinet (not a safe) and that's what I wanted.
For the money, tough to beat,espically with free shipping.

Basic Utility Construction----Supplier Still Has Not Shipped Missing Parts!

Bench is reasonable construction for utility bench use ...not fine furniture quality. Unit was received with missing parts which supplier "American Furniture Classics " has failed to supply. They have been contacted twice in last 5 weeks and each time promise to immediately ship the missing parts
Over all it is sturdy well made for the price in really like it.

Screws were ripped out when arrived had to replace with new and longer screws. This probably happens while being shipped, from vibrations and being thrown around. if the maker would pre drill the holes and just send the screws in a bag it would solve this problem. Putting screws in is not hard. or the maker could use a higher quality piece of plywood for the back the he/she screws into to fix the problem. Over all it is sturdy well made for the price in really like it. Is strong enough for my wife to stand on to get into our bed and i'm 250lbs and sit on while getting ready inn the morning with no signs of breaking. as for guns I have an AR-15 "clip out" and a rifle in it with room to spare, also three 9mm pistols, and one ammo box.
All in all, for the price, this is a great buy

Eventhough the box was damaged, the bench itself was in prefect shape. There is no assembly (despite what some of the other reviews say). You do have to screw the feet on. All in all, for the price, this is a great buy.

The screws on the right hinge were coming out. Lid not even because of this. Would not be able to send it back because the box it was sent in was paper thin and fell apart when opening it. Box was not damaged. Would really like to send it back. But have not box to send it in and would be to expensive to package and send back. Workmanship very poor. I do not recommend this item. Poorly made. When I ordered it I expect top quality at the price I paid for it. But to receive it this way is so sad. I received this today in this condition.
