We have been using the Sungel/Terraflame canisters for over a decade and prefer them to the dirt, pollution and uneven burn time of wood logs. We also think they are safer and you can snuff them out quickly if need be, and reuse the balance if the 3-4 hour burn time is too long for your evening. We are talking about past history. These canisters will be put in use many months from now when we have cool evenings again.

We don't use them as a source of heat. Our main level footprint isn't large,'but they warm up the living room and the dining room. They are a must for cozy family nights on the sectional.
