This is a very nice costume and fit decently well. I am 5'8" and about 155lbs and I ordered a small. Some small negatives... despite the cloth sash being "adjustable", if you wear it any looser than with the velcro fully overlapped, white velcro will show (very noticeable). At this position, the sash is very snug. Despite the cloth sash being very snug, the exterior pleather belt is quite loose. I will probably need to adjust the exterior belt to make it tighter (by buying some adhesive velcro, etc.

I love this costume. The inner garment came with no draw stings, so you may consider adding draw strings to keep it folded over and in place as I have done. I expect to wear the cloak more like a cape without my arms through the sleeves since three layers of even light material see a bit warm for me. The material is light-weight and it is not as well made as standard clothing, so it won't take the normal rigors of weekly use, but is perfect for wearing again and again for several years of costume use.
As other reviewers pointed out, the pants are made of thin material, so I was able to match the outfit with standard tan pants.

I bought this forever ago but I continue to get opportunities to wear it, and every time I do it blows people away!

The materials are the highest quality, but trust me you don't want a heavy duty material in one of these things when you are surrounded by so many other people! You'd literally cook to death! Having said that the stitching isn't the highest quality either, but I have washed all of the items numerous times now and everything has held up wonderfully.

Out of everything, the pants fit the most odd! They were a little large, and they just "feels weird"! Haha something about the way they ride... I'm not an overly thin guy either! Haha

All in all though this is a very solid set up, and I highly recommend this!

BTW I'm 6'2 and 240 lbs and the robe was the perfect length for me!

I remember seeing some people debate about the robe length on the reviews when I made my purchase.

I expected it to be great & it was. It's a very professional costume & you won't be disappointed. The pieces are more like clothing than costume. Since you wrap the 2 shirts and scarfs around you without any buttons they could fit a wide variety of sizes w/o looking sloppy. you just overlap them so they fit nice. (like a robe) They probably would have stayed in place but I used some safety pins to be sure. you can't really see the boots so I just used a pair I had. only accessories I purchased were a light saber & belt clip. The light saber was a snug fit in the phone clip but since I wasn't planning on playing w/ it that was fine. The leather-ish belt that comes w/ the costume held it w/o issue.

I received my jedi costume today. I am so excited because I was informed I would receive it the end of November/early December. Now I can wear it for Halloween. Super psyched about that because the costume is killer amazing. There are lots of different layers. It does look pretty legit. It did not come with any instructions, but I just looked at the picture from the website and figured it out. I ordered a medium. I am 5'8" 135 pounds and it fits great. The pants are a little bizarre... they look like grandma pants at the top (button and zipper in front with elastic in the back) and are a tiny bit too short at the bottom. But the top part is covered by the rest of the costume and I can hike the pants down a bit to make them longer. And if you wear them with boots it doesn't matter. It is well made and look great. The "fake leather" belt was the only thing that I will need to adjust. It is too big. It is velcro and I will need to go buy some velcro at the store to adjust it. Other than that... this is a great buy! Totally worth it.
