I ordered the Travel Agency sign. The blue circle has motion but you can turn the motion off and have it stagnant. It's very bright. I don't see a problem with the chain - it is lightweight enough to hang with a good size suction cup on the window. The on/off switch is in the cord which is a nice feature. Would buy again.
