love this stuff!!!! it gets a little strong when it comes to the valerian but i just add a little chamomile or lavender to it to compensate. will definitely be buying again and it really does help with the winddown portion of the evening~!

Usually I use a valerian and chamomile tea for sleep but I can't stand the taste..
