11-29-16 It was very nice for about 4 months, and then it started to rust all over the rail.
Stainless steel shouldn't rust. I sent pictures and left a message for Interfab to see what they will do to correct the issue, but no response yet.
12-1-16 Update: Debra in the warranty department couldn't have been nicer or more responsive! They are shipping a new rail to me. It stinks I have to pay someone to replace the rusted rail with the new rail, but the warranty only covers the rail, not the cost of installation. I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I would have given a full five stars but the packaging for shipping were absolutely horrible. No wrapping of product, no foam or filler packing material, just a very heavy handrail in a box. The top had punched through the box by the time it had arrived. Product is gorgeous but their shipping was horrendous. Cannot believe it survived. Have some very minor rub marks that we can polish out thank goodness.
